Welcab Operation Tutorial

AVIS was adding a welcab to its fleet. Welcab has a feature of wheelchair capability which can provide access to those in need. However, the operation of the system is a bit difficult for drivers. Here is my video to explain how to operate the electric tail ramp correctly.
